I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Will Love These Personal Photo Canvases?

These photo canvases are perfect for friends and family who love personalized gifts. Whether for a parent celebrating a milestone, a friend moving into a new home, or a couple commemorating an anniversary, these canvases hold sentimental value. They might not be ideal for minimalists who prefer non-personalized decor.

How Are These Premium Canvases Created?

We start with your uploaded photo, processed through our sophisticated AI face-swap technology to ensure precise accuracy. Our talented artists then refine the image, rejecting about 1 in 12 generations for top quality. Finally, the portrait is printed on a museum-quality canvas. As our head of production Maya often says, 'perfection isn't rushed.'

What Sets These Photo Canvases Apart?

Unlike mass-produced canvas prints, each of our portraits is a one-off, completed with personal care and detail. It’s your unique photo, transformed into something truly extraordinary. You won't find a canvas like this ready-made — it's built just for you from scratch.
