I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Welcome Your New Pet with Personalized Canvas

Welcoming a new pet into the family is a special moment, bursting with joy and anticipation. Imagine capturing that delightful chaos in a vibrant canvas, personalized with your pet's name and your family's unique dynamics.

Our 'Family Welcomes New Pet' canvas employs AI regeneration for a touching tribute that feels warm and alive. Ideal for families who have just embraced a four-legged friend into their loving fold.

TL;DR: Celebrate your new pet's arrival by personalizing a canvas with your family's names. Perfect for joyful families embracing a new dog or cat.

Who should get a personalized pet family canvas?

This portrait is perfect for families eagerly celebrating their new pet, be it a puppy, kitten, or a rescued friend. Ideal for those who want to capture and cherish that heartwarming 'welcome home' moment. However, if you're seeking a corporate or impersonal gift, this might not resonate as intended.

How is this pet family portrait created?

We take your family's photos and run them through our AI system to swap faces onto charming pet-themed backgrounds. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each piece gets artist refining, rejecting about 1 in 12 images if the final composition isn't perfect. Printed on a museum-grade canvas, your art piece exudes quality.

What sets apart this pet welcome canvas from the rest?

Unlike off-the-shelf pet portraits, this isn’t just a frame — it’s a personal narrative sketched onto quality canvas. It's yours and yours alone; we never reuse designs, maintaining exclusivity and sincerity.
