It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your New Pet's Arrival Artistically

There's nothing quite like the joy of welcoming a new pet into your family. Capture this precious moment with our 'Family Welcomes New Pet Canvas', a heartfelt piece that speaks volumes about love and adoption. Our canvases blend the warmth of family and the excitement of a new addition, creating a charming keepsake.

From wagging tails to soft purrs, every emotion of your pet is mirrored in each stroke of our artwork. This is not just a picture; it's the beginning of countless memories. Let your home's walls tell your pet adoption story.

TL;DR: Welcome your new pet home with a personalized canvas that turns your cherished photo into a warm work of art, perfect for pet parents celebrating adoption.

Which families will cherish this portrait?

This portrait is perfect for families welcoming a new furry member, particularly those with young children who're excited about their new sibling. If you're a pet lover marking a special adoption day, this canvas immortalizes that joy. However, if you're looking for something minimalist, this might not match your style. Consider the Gotcha Day Gift instead.

What goes into crafting this unique pet memento?

Our creation process starts with you uploading a special photo of your pet's first day home. We employ AI to capture the essence of your pet, transitioning to our artists for a perfect touch, ensuring every fur stroke is impeccable. It's a meticulous process where roughly 1 in 12 AI renderings doesn't make the cut due to precision standards. Each portrait is finalized on a museum-quality canvas for that touch of class.

How does this portrait keep your pet’s story alive?

Unlike a standard store-bought canvas, this piece is all about your pet's individuality. Each creation is a one-of-one. The theme celebrates adoption joy, tailored specifically for new pet parents, and the theme is retired after six months to ensure a fresh and exclusive design for your story.
