It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Baking Moments into Art

Your kitchen isn't just a place for recipes—it's a haven where golden pies cool beside blooming flowers, and flour dust becomes a canvas. Our custom portrait captures the essence of your baking moments, transforming a personal photo into a museum-quality piece that radiates warmth and creativity.

This isn't just for a shelf. It's for the home baker who sees beauty in a perfectly rolled dough and cherishes the glow of sunlit kitchen shelves. Ideal for someone whose heart beats to the rhythm of a stand mixer.

TL;DR: This custom portrait celebrates the baking enthusiast by transforming a cherished photo into a personalized canvas featuring kitchen props. Perfect for the passionate home baker proud of her culinary creations.

Is this the gift for a passionate baker?

This portrait suits the dedicated home baker who finds joy in kneading pastry dough and takes pride in displaying culinary artistry. It's also an excellent gift for someone who's happiest with flour on their hands. Probably not for someone more into takeout than baking.

What's the secret behind creating this warm portrait?

We start with your uploaded photo, applying an AI-based face-swap to place you in a sunlit kitchen scene full of rolling pins and golden pies. Our artists refine each layer for authenticity. About 1 in 12 iterations don't meet our visual standards and are scrapped—ensuring you're only sent the best.

Why choose this portrait over generic kitchen decor?

Unlike generic kitchen wall art, each canvas is uniquely yours. It doesn't just mimic a scene; it embeds your face into an intimate moment within your kitchen. And once a theme is retired, it's no longer reproduced, so your art remains one-of-a-kind.
