It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Elegant Garden Escapes: Your Family Portrait Canvas

It's not just a canvas—it's a window into your family's cherished moments. Our serene house and garden theme blends warm hues with hints of watercolor rhythm, creating a space where memories live. Whether your family is lounging by the garden bench or whispering secrets by the fountain, this portrait captures the delicate details and lush backdrop perfectly suited for any beloved home.

Imagine lush green foliage and sunlit pathways decorating the canvas, the perfect scene for households that treasure every blade of grass in their gardens, and every petal in full bloom. This isn't about replicating a photo; it's about capturing a feeling.

TL;DR: Capture your family's essence with a serene house and garden-theme portrait—ideal for homebodies embracing cherished family moments.

Is this classic portrait style right for your family?

Ideal for families who cherish home gatherings and garden tranquility. Perfect for new homeowners celebrating family milestones. However, this might not be the best choice if you're seeking a vigorous, action-packed theme.

How do we craft these serene family scenes?

We start with your family photo, applying advanced AI to craft a personalized garden scene. Our artists refine each piece, ensuring accurate expressions and harmonious environment melding. Remarkably, about 1 in 10 initial compositions are adjusted for the perfect balance.

Why choose our family portrait over generic prints?

Unlike generic photo prints, our portraits combine digital precision with the timeless charm of watercolors, offering an exclusive scene that reflects your unique family home. Each theme retires after six months, enhancing its rarity.
