It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Family Moments into Diwali Art

Capture the essence of Diwali with a canvas that bursts with vibrant hues of rangoli patterns, twinkling diyas, and the elegance of traditional attire. It's more than just a portrait; it's a tapestry of cultural celebration brought to life.

Imagine your family's joy as they see themselves amidst the festival of lights — each canvas a unique piece that pays homage to your heritage while adorning your home with warmth and festivity.

TL;DR: This Diwali custom family portrait canvas encapsulates the festive spirit, making it perfect for families who cherish cultural memories and wish to display them with pride during the festival of lights.

Who Will Treasure a Diwali Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for families who deeply value their cultural roots, especially those who gather from near and far during Diwali to reflect on tradition. It's a meaningful gift for parents who want their children to appreciate their heritage. However, it's not suited for those seeking minimalist or abstract art.

How Does the Diwali Magic Happen?

Starting with your uploaded family photo, the image is merged using AI technology to adapt faces perfectly into a festive Diwali scene. Our artists refine the details, ensuring each rangoli sparkles and every diya glows before it's printed on a museum-quality canvas. We discard about 1 in 12 generations if the integration isn't seamless.

Why Choose Our Diwali Canvas Over Others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this Diwali portrait is uniquely yours — each face is carefully adapted into the scene, making your family the highlight. This exclusivity ensures that your portrait holds personal significance, rather than being just another decoration.
