I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is a Cosmic Mystic portrait your cosmic calling?

This portrait sings to those fascinated by the universe—astronomy enthusiasts, astrology buffs, and dreamers who gaze at the stars. It's a beautiful fit for birthdays, romantic gestures, or mystical milestones. Importantly, skip this one if realism is what you're after, as it's more about cosmic creativity than earthly accuracy.

From Earthly Photo to Galactical Portrait: How It Happens

Upload your photo, and we'll take it on a cosmic journey. Our AI begins the transformation with a face-swap process, setting the stage in the universe before a skilled artist adds the final mystical touches. It's not all smooth sailing; about 1 in 12 portraits don't make the final cut—face alignment in galaxies can be tricky!

What Sets Our Cosmic Mystic Apart from a Generic Canvas?

Unlike run-of-the-mill stock prints, our Cosmic Mystic portrait is a one-of-a-kind celestial creation. The face is uniquely yours, set against a backdrop design that changes every six months to keep the rarities shining, and the cosmos ever-expanding.
