It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Evoke Autumn's Charm in Your Portrait

As the soft glow of dusk falls over a pumpkin patch, magic fills the air. Our Pumpkin Patch at Dusk custom portrait captures your loved ones in this warm, mystical setting — an art piece where each orange hue mirrors the brilliance of a fall sunset.

Perfect for Halloween enthusiasts, it evokes the nostalgia of childhood trick-or-treating and the cozy comfort of autumn evenings. The blend of rich golden tones against the purples of twilight flatters anyone who can't get enough of this festive season.

TL;DR: Create a custom Halloween art piece that features your loved ones in a cozy pumpkin patch at dusk, blending the magical ambiance of autumn with personal charm. Ideal for Halloween enthusiasts and nostalgic autumn lovers.

Who relishes autumn magic in their portraits?

This portrait masterpiece is perfect for those who crave the coziness of fall and the magic of autumn evenings — think Halloween enthusiasts and autumn admirers seeking a personal connection in their decor. However, it's probably not the best fit for someone looking for generic spooky themes.

How is your autumn scene brought to life?

It all begins with your favorite photos; then, our technology performs an initial transformation, swapping faces to fit the scene. But it's our artists who add the final touches, enhancing the natural glow of autumn dusk. Note, about 1 in 12 portraits are remade to ensure quality.

Why choose a Pumpkin Patch portrait over other artworks?

Unlike off-the-shelf fall decor, this portrait is truly yours — customized to order with personal photos. We retire this theme periodically to maintain exclusivity, ensuring your piece stays rare and special.

Usein kysytyt kysymykset

What if the photo quality is low?We recommend high-resolution photos for the best result. If the photo isn't up to par, someone from our team will reach out to request another image.
Can I swap faces later?Currently, changes can be made before final approval only; after production starts, modifications aren't possible.
Do I need pet photos? It's optional, but pets add a playful touch. If included, quality pet photos are recommended for integration.

Voinko nähdä esikatselun ennen ostamista?

Kyllä. Lataa kuvasi ja luo tällä sivulla ilmainen esikatselu ennen kuin päätät tilata. Esikatselun luominen ei edellytä maksua.
