It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Halloween as Ghost Hunters

Turn your favorite photo into a Halloween masterpiece with our Ghost Hunters couple-and-pet portrait. Imagine yourself, alongside your furry companion, as part of an elite ghost-hunting team, surrounded by atmospheric costumes and eerie backdrops. Perfect for capturing the spirit of the supernatural holiday season.

This canvas isn't just decoration; it's an adventure into the ghostly realm where you and your pet take the spotlight. Break from the norm of pumpkins and ghosts, and become a part of the hunt, bringing the thrill of the supernatural to life in your living room.

TL;DR: Dive into a supernatural adventure with our Ghost Hunters Halloween portrait for couples and their pets. Perfect Halloween gift for supernatural fans.

Who's ready to haunt Halloween with this theme?

This one's for couples who find joy in the thrill of the unknown, especially those who'd rather be ghost-hunting fantasy heroes than just browsing carved pumpkins. It's a hit with dog owners who hit the Halloween costume parades but steer clear if you and your partner aren't fans of the creepy or crawly.

What goes into crafting your ghostly scene?

We start with your uploaded photos, using AI to swap faces into the ghost hunter theme. Our artists refine each detail, emphasizing both your features and your pet's unique personality, all before transferring the scene onto a museum-grade canvas. In truth, about one in twelve images is discarded because the face just doesn't fit right.

Why is this portrait hauntingly unique?

Unlike stock Halloween prints, this portrait is crafted precisely for you and your pet. The design retires after six months, keeping your ghostly treasure a rare addition to Halloween décor. Don’t settle for generic—the ghost-hunters scene is exclusively yours.
