It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a world of delicate fairy blooms

In a world where reality meets fantasy, our Flower Fairy Custom Portrait turns cherished photos into ethereal artwork. Imagine your loved one as the centerpiece in a mystical garden, surrounded by a sea of vibrant petals and enchanting light. It's not just a picture—it's a gateway to a magical realm.

This canvas embodies the beauty and whimsy of a fairy tale, perfect for those who dream in vivid colors and delicate details. Inspired by nature's magical essence, the Flower Fairy theme is a celebration of innocence and wonder, making it an ideal gift for the dreamers and nature enthusiasts in your life.

TL;DR: Our Flower Fairy Custom Portrait transforms your photo into a fantasy-themed canvas, ideal for children and adults who love all things magical. It's especially suited for birthdays and whimsical celebrations.

Is the Flower Fairy theme your perfect fit?

Perfect for the young and young-at-heart who adore fairy tales, this portrait suits anyone who's ever been enamored by the enchanted whimsy of a flower fairy. It's especially beloved by kids and adults who hold fond memories of magical stories. However, if you're more of a minimalist who prefers clean lines and neutral tones, this might not align with your taste.

How do we craft your fairy transformation?

We start by carefully blending your uploaded photo with detailed AI face-swap technology, creating a magical transformation. Our skilled artists then refine every portrait to ensure authenticity and charm before printing it on museum-quality canvas. We admit not every attempt succeeds—about 1 in 12 isn't up to our standards. That way, when your piece arrives, it's perfect.

Why choose a Flower Fairy portrait over generic prints?

Unlike generic digital prints, our Flower Fairy portraits offer a bespoke art experience. The face isn't just a fit—it's uniquely yours, with themes retired every six months to keep them rare. This is no stock image; it's a personal masterpiece tailored to you.
