It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: A dynamic portrait for daring women who adore sci-fi, transforming photos into epic canvases featuring futuristic themes.

What type of sci-fi lover rocks this look?

Perfect for women who revel in the wonders of sci-fi, perhaps with a penchant for futuristic fantasy book clubs or cosplay communities. This portrait thrives where bold personalities seek expression, making it less suitable for those preferring minimalistic or classical styles.

How do we craft your sci-fi vision?

Your photo becomes the starting point in a creative journey that first taps into AI for a robust face-swap, followed by the keen eyes of our artists who fine-tune every detail. Our head of production, Maya Chen, sometimes rejects 1 in 12 initial renditions to ensure your hero’s look is spot-on. The finished product is then stretched onto a museum-quality canvas for a lasting impression.

What makes this sci-fi art unlike any other?

Unlike off-the-rack art pieces, this portrait is uniquely yours. The themes in this collection are limited edition, evolving every six months, ensuring your piece remains exclusive. This customizable experience offers a personal touch, unmatched by your average department store print.
