I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Service with Naval Canvas Art

Step into a world of valor with a custom military portrait that immortalizes heroic naval service. Your image takes center stage against a backdrop of naval pride, complete with detailed uniforms and iconic military medals.

This artwork channels the strength and dedication of service members, making it a meaningful tribute for current service members, veterans, and military families.

TL;DR: This custom canvas transforms any naval service photo into a distinguished, museum-quality portrait. Created especially for service members, veterans, or proud military families looking to honor their loved ones' dedication and courage.

Is this heroic naval portrait for someone you know?

Perfect for navy veterans cherishing their service days, active-duty members honored by families, or anyone looking to give a heartfelt gift to military patriots. Not ideal for those looking for non-military themes or abstract art.

What’s the process behind crafting this tribute?

Your photo uploads undergo a delicate transformation, starting with AI facial recognition and artistry for uniform rendering. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures quality by discarding one in ten pieces that don't meet our standards, guaranteeing a face that genuinely conveys the intended heroism.

How does this naval portrait set itself apart?

Unlike generic military art you’d find elsewhere, this piece is uniquely yours, capturing a personal naval service milestone with precision. Every portrait is singularly crafted with no duplicates, keeping it authentic and exclusive to you.

Mistä löydän hinnat, tarjoukset, toimitusajat ja palautusehdot?

Nykyiset muodot, koot, hinnat, saatavilla olevat tarjoukset ja arvioidut toimitusajat näkyvät valinnan ja kassalle siirtymisen yhteydessä. Tarkista esikatselu ja valintasi ennen tilaamista. Palautus- ja vaihtoehdot löytyvät palautus- ja hyvityskäytännöstä.

Usein kysytyt kysymykset
