It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform into a Tolkien-esque Fantasy Today

Step into a world where reality blurs with fantasy, and capture your unique love story as a duo of timeless elves. The forest setting, complete with vines and whispers of enchantment in the air, sets the stage for your epic romance.

Our elves don their ethereal attire—flowing robes and delicate ear tips that hint at ancient mysteries. It’s not just a picture; it’s an immersion into the fantasy narrative you’ve always dreamed of living. Ideal for storytelling couples who live for the adventures found in the pages of Tolkien or Le Guin.

TL;DR: Capture your love in a romantic Elf-themed portrait. Ideal for couples who adore fantasy genres, available as a personalized museum-quality canvas. Celebrate engagements, anniversaries, or birthdays with a dash of magic.

Which Couples Are Meant for the Fantasy Realm?

For couples who relish the idea of being part of a fantasy saga, this portrait can be a magical addition to your shared narrative. Especially popular with younger couples inspired by fantasy literature and films. It might not be the best fit for those seeking more traditional or minimalist artwork.

What’s the Magic Behind These Elf Portraits?

We start with your uploaded photo and use advanced AI to create an initial fantasy transformation, complete with elf features. Our artists then refine the magical elements by hand, ensuring every detail fits. About 1 in 12 images is discarded due to alignment issues, maintaining our quality promise. Lastly, it’s printed on museum-grade canvas, ready to transport your room into an elven glade.

Why Choose Our Elf Portraits Over Generic Options?

Unlike generic fantasy prints, each portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation. We use your photo to personalize every elf feature, ensuring the final canvas feels as unique as your own love story. Additionally, themes are rotated every six months, ensuring your art remains fresh and exclusive.
