It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Frame Grandpa’s Love in Serene Canvas

Picture this: your grandfather, settled in a swing chair under a bower of flowers, a steaming coffee mug in hand, with a 'Best Grandpa' sign subtly nestled beside him. This isn't just any canvas portrait; it's a serene depiction of the warmth, wisdom, and quiet joy that grandpas bring into our lives.

Crafted for cozy family corners or grandparent appreciation spaces, this portrait infuses a calming palette of soft pastels and gentle textures to highlight your grandpa’s serene presence. It’s designed for those who wish to bring alive the tender moments shared with their most cherished elder.

TL;DR: Create a custom family portrait honoring Grandpa with serene details like flowers, a swing chair, and a 'Best Grandpa' sign. Ideal for families wanting a heartfelt keepsake.

Is Your Family Ready to Honor Grandpa’s Calm Spirit?

This portrait is for grandchildren who want to celebrate the quiet strength and love of their grandfather. Perfect for families close to their grandad or those gifting during grandparent milestones. If you’re searching for vibrant or humorous portrait themes, this might not capture what you’re looking for.

How Do We Fashion a Serene Masterpiece?

Your provided photo gets a serene makeover through AI-driven face-mapping technology, ensuring grandpa’s features come to life in a peaceful setting. Our team, led by Maya Chen, refines the artistic details by hand. Fun fact: about 1 in 12 themes are discarded to get the face just right.

What Makes This Canvas Perfect for Grandpa?

Unlike generic photo prints, each serene grandpa canvas intertwines personal family traits with calming visuals, crafting a one-of-a-kind tribute. We deliberately retire themes after six months, maintaining exclusivity and personalization.
