I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Sprinkle Joy with a Custom Christmas Portrait

This portrait is all about capturing the warmth and magic of the season. Perfect for couples wanting to relive cherished holiday memories, it's a canvas that tells your love story amidst the sparkle of Christmas.

TL;DR: Our Custom Christmas Couple Portrait captures your love amidst the festive backdrop of Christmas, perfect for couples looking to celebrate their togetherness this holiday season.

Who Should Get Festive with a Christmas Portrait?

This portrait is ideal for couples who live for the warmth and nostalgia of the Christmas season. If you're planning to surprise your partner with a heartwarming gift or decorate your home with a personal touch, this is for you. Although if you're not a fan of seasonal decor, this might not be your top choice.

How We Bring Holiday Magic to Life in Your Portrait

Our artists start by processing your uploaded photo through an AI face-swap, then refine every detail by hand. It's a detailed process—almost 1 in 12 drafts don't make the cut until we're sure it captures your holiday cheer fully. Finally, it's printed on a museum-quality canvas, ensuring a stunning finish.

What Sets This Christmas Portrait Apart from the Rest?

Unlike generic winter-focused prints, this portrait is fully customized with your likeness and specific to the Christmas theme. We retire each individual design after it's been used, preserving its uniqueness—a truly one-of-a-kind holiday gift.
