It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This portrait is perfect for anyone who adores fashion and fine art — the kind who has walls adorned with Vogue covers and brushstroke masterpieces. Ideal for mothers cherishing elegance or close friends who live and breathe style in every detail. If you’re seeking something more rugged or thematic, like our Holiday Party Glam, this might not hit the mark.

How do we create your watercolor sketch?

You'll upload a photo of your choice and generate a free preview—no strings attached. This lets you see the magic unfold as your loved one's image transforms into a watercolor work of art before purchasing. The entire process is seamless, ensuring that what you see is truly what you'll get.

Why choose this watercolor portrait?

The unique charm of this portrait lies in its fashion-magazine inspiration, bringing out the sophisticated allure of its subject. Unlike generic prints, this watercolor vanity sketch offers a soft yet striking portrayal, turning any space into an elegant showcase of beauty.
