I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Timeless Whimsy in Vintage Children's Artistry

Transport your child's portrait into a realm where nostalgia meets artistry. Our Vintage Heirloom Children's Portraits lift moments of youth into timeless treasures. Each canvas is enriched with soft sepia tones and a touch of elegance, reminiscent of family heirlooms from past eras.

Perfect for the sentimental parent, these portraits blend the warmth of vintage style with the genuine sweetness of childhood memories. It's not just a photo; it's a story, told on canvas.

TL;DR: Transform your child's photo into a vintage-themed canvas portrait — ideal for nostalgic parents seeking a timeless keepsake for birthdays, Christmas, or anniversaries.

Who Will Cherish a Vintage Heirloom Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for parents or grandparents who adore the classic feel of family history captured in art. It's a hit for parents seeking a thoughtful birthday gift or a timeless Christmas present. Note, if modern, vibrant styles are more your taste, alternatives like the Soft Watercolor Children's Portrait might suit better.

How Do We Craft the Vintage Magic?

We begin by transforming your uploaded photo through a sophisticated AI face-swap, preserving the delicate innocence of childhood. Our artists then refine each piece, adding vintage color schemes and textures. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 drafts are discarded for not achieving the intended timeless look — a step many competitors might skip.

Why This Vintage Themed Portrait Shines Differently?

Unlike typical children's portraits, our Vintage Heirloom piece offers a unique narrative for each child, with every canvas capturing the essence of another era. Where generic prints falter, these are artworks — crafted to invoke a sense of history and wonder.
