It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Whisked away to an era where time melts under the thrill of the ride, you're echoed in each brushstroke—a nod to nostalgia for fair-loving souls. Crafted on canvas, it's a feature piece that turns everyday nostalgia into never-forgotten affection.

TL;DR: Transform your loved one's photo into a personalized Ferris wheel scene, perfect for anniversaries or nostalgic moments.

Who will cherish a Ferris wheel portrait?

This portrait is ideal for couples who frequent county fairs and relish those enchanting rides under the stars. It appeals to romance aficionados who cherish vibrant displays of affection set against nostalgic backdrops. However, it may not resonate with those who prefer modern, minimalistic settings over scenic nostalgia.

How is your Ferris wheel adventure brought to life?

Start by uploading your favorite photo, and our platform generates a free preview for you. You'll have time to review this depiction before any commitment is made. Once satisfied, choose your preferred format from our growing selection.

What sets our Ferris wheel portrait apart?
