It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Let your child's imagination soar with our Star Fairy Custom Portrait. This whimsical piece transforms your little one's photo into a luminous fairy surrounded by twinkling stars and delicate fairy lights. It's more than just a portrait; it's a portal to a world where magic exists.

Infusing vibrant colors and ethereal details, this canvas elevates any room into an enchanted haven. If your child dreams of fairies and starlit adventures, this portrait will capture their imagination and brighten their days with wonder.

TL;DR: Transform your child's photo into a magical Star Fairy canvas, perfect for sparking imagination in their bedroom or play area. Ideal for birthdays, Christmas, or any celebration of their wonder-filled world.

Could This Be Your Child's Magical Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for children who are enchanted by fantasies of fairies and starlit skies. It's also a thoughtful gift for parents wanting to preserve a moment of their children's imaginative years. Not ideal for those looking for a more mature or realistic depiction.

Crafting The Magic: Step-by-Step

We begin by digitally transforming your uploaded photo into a magical scene, using AI to ensure the features merge with our unique starry backdrop. Our artists then meticulously refine each detail to enhance the ethereal glow. Although we strive for perfection, about 1 in 12 portraits are reworked to truly capture the essence of the subject's charm.

Why Choose a Star Fairy Over Ordinary Prints?

Unlike generic children's prints, our custom Star Fairy Portrait is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. It encapsulates your child's unique expressions within a fantastical setting. We retire each theme every six months to ensure yours remains a rare keepsake.
