I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Childhood in Gentle Watercolors

Bring the innocence and wonder of childhood into your home with our Soft Watercolor Children's Portrait. This style evokes the gentle pastels and tender strokes reminiscent of storybook illustrations, offering a timeless tribute to your child’s most treasured moments.

With soothing hues and delicate blending techniques, these portraits create a calm, enchanting atmosphere — perfect for nurseries or family rooms looking to capture the magic of youth. If you've got a penchant for keeping things soft and elegant, this might just be your dream artwork.

TL;DR: This Soft Watercolor Children's Portrait is perfect for parents wanting to capture their child's gentleness in a dreamy, pastel canvas. Ideal for birthdays, baby showers, or just a heartfelt keepsake.

Which parents go for this gentle portrait?

This portrait style suits parents who cherish subtlety and charm, making it a delightful fit for families with young children. It’s especially appreciated by those who enjoy soft, serene imagery that complements any nursery. However, if you prefer vivid, striking contrasts, this probably isn't your cup of tea.

How do we paint childhood memories?

Our process begins with your uploaded photo, which we transform into a watercolor rendition using AI. Our team of artists, led by Maya Chen, ensures each piece retains its soft allure, manually adjusting the finer details. Around 1 in 10 require a regen due to balance issues in color blending—showing our commitment to quality.

Why choose our soft watercolor over others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our Soft Watercolor Children's Portrait is uniquely tailored to your child's likeness, creating a personal keepsake that isn't mass-produced. We retire this theme after six months, so your family portrait remains a rare treasure.

Preguntas frecuentes

What if my photo quality is low?We recommend using high-resolution photos for the best result. If the quality is low, our artists work to enhance it as much as possible, but dramatically poor quality images may not result in satisfactory portraits.

Can I customize the background? The watercolor style is consistent, but minor customization requests can be considered during the preview stage—our team will do their best to accommodate.
Is it a good fit for adult portraits? While possible, our soft watercolor style best complements the youthful charm found in children's portraits.
