I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: The Pet Gotcha Day Anniversary Portrait is perfect for celebrating the special adoption anniversary of your furry friend. A great gift for pet lovers who cherish their gotcha day memories.

Who should gift a Pet Gotcha Day canvas?

This portrait is perfect for pet lovers celebrating their pet's adoption anniversary. It’s especially meaningful for those who value their pet's unique entry into their lives, making it a memorable tribute. If you're someone who doesn't hold a gotcha day dear, this might not resonate as much.

How we capture your pet's special day in art

We start with the photo you upload, applying AI technology to create a base. Our artists then add personal touches, enhancing details to ensure your pet’s charm is highlighted. Our head of production, Maya, ensures quality by discarding any generation where the face doesn’t lock, which happens about 1 in 12 times.

Why is this portrait more special than others?

Unlike generic prints, each Gotcha Day Portrait is custom-designed, capturing the specific essence of your pet's adoption day. We retire themes after six months to ensure your piece remains rare and special. Celebrate your pet with a one-of-a-kind piece that truly belongs to your journey together.
