I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Cozy Up to a Northern Fireside Fantasy

Picture this: a warmly lit cabin, the gentle crackle of a fire, and a Nordic winter scene that invites you in. Our Nordic Fireside Winter portrait is designed for those who cherish the comfort of a traditional winter, complete with sweater-knitted coziness and nostalgic charm. This isn’t just a portrait; it’s a story told in hues of gold and cold.

Perfect for couples who find magic in frosty windows and warm embraces, this canvas embodies a timeless winter tale. Picture your loved ones in a setting straight out of a Nordic legend, surrounded by the serene whispers of a wintery wonderland. Ideal for adorning the mantelpiece or gifting as a heartfelt reminder of warmth during the cold months.

TL;DR: The Nordic Fireside Winter Canvas is a personalized portrait, ideal for couples who love cozy winter scenes. Perfect for Christmas, anniversaries, or adding warmth to any room.

Who Embraces the Nordic Winter Glamour?

If you or someone you know adores the charm of winter escapes or swoons over the art of Hygge, this portrait is an impeccable fit. It's especially suited for couples who associate winter with heartwarming memories and picturesque evenings by the fireside. However, if snow makes you shiver and the cold isn't your story, this might not be your canvas.

How Do We Create Your Fireside Fantasy?

We start with the photo you upload and move through an AI-assisted face-swap that places you right in the wintery picture. But it’s not just about swapping faces; each portrait is refined by our artists to ensure authenticity and warmth. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding about 1 in 10 batches to maintain our quality pledge. Expect a museum-quality canvas delivered to you.

What Sets This Winter Portrait Apart?

Unlike typical winter scenes, your Nordic Fireside Winter Canvas is one-of-a-kind. Face templates and themes retire after limited runs, keeping your portrait as unique as your story. This isn't mass-produced art — it’s personal, crafted, and distinctly yours.
