It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is an Edwardian Portrait Your Style Match?

This portrait is a match for those who appreciate the subtle intricacies of history, particularly fans of Edwardian or Victorian aesthetics. If your recipient swoons over period dramas or antiques, this is for them. It's not the best pick for someone looking for a modern or abstract art style—this canvas appreciates detail and tradition.

How Do We Craft Edwardian Masterpieces?

Each portrait begins with your photo. Our AI swaps faces with an Edwardian model, before a skilled artist refines the details, ensuring accuracy in expression and attire. Our process is so meticulous, head of production Maya discards about 1 in 12 outputs if the face doesn't perfectly integrate.

What Sets Our Edwardian Portrait Apart from Others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our Edwardian portrait captures the uniqueness of the individual face blended with historical charm. The theme retires after six months, ensuring its rarity and exclusivity, unlike mass-produced alternatives.
