It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Experience the joy of Mahjong gatherings immortalized in a vivid portrait. This canvas brings the energy of your favorite game nights to life, featuring the authentic Chinese tiles and a palette that echoes traditional game tables: deep greens and rich reds.

Perfect for those who cherish moments over tiles and laughter, this piece captures not just the game, but the camaraderie shared. It's an ideal keepsake for anyone who reveres the strategic game of Mahjong and the bonds it creates.

TL;DR: Transform your game with friends into a lasting memory with a custom Mahjong group portrait — perfect for players cherishing shared moments.

Who thrives in this Mahjong scene?

This portrait is a gem for Mahjong lovers in their 50s who gather with friends for long evenings of strategic fun, often with a cup of tea. It's also a thoughtful gift for grandparents who taught us the game. However, if you're not a fan of strategy games or group settings, this may not resonate.

Capturing your Mahjong game night magic

Upload your favorite group photo to see an instant, obligation-free preview of your custom portrait. Adjustments can be made until you are satisfied, then simply choose your preferred format and you're good to go — no upfront payment needed at the start.

What sets this Mahjong portrait apart?

While many portraits capture moments, this one is specifically tailored for Mahjong enthusiasts, featuring key elements like Chinese tiles and the game’s distinct symbols, all set against a backdrop that recreates the spirit of competitive yet friendly game nights.
