It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Preguntas frecuentes

Will my photo quality affect the final product?Yes, a high-resolution photo ensures the best detail and clarity in your classic car portrait. Low-quality images might not render as sharply.
Can I switch photos if I don't like the preview?Absolutely, you can upload multiple photos and see previews before deciding which one to finalize and order.
Is there an option to add personal touches to the car scene?Currently, customization is focused on the main portrait elements, but the classic car theme captures an authentic retro vibe automatically.
What if my significant other doesn't like retro themes? If the classic car theme isn't hitting the mark, perhaps our Royal Portrait or Fantasy Angle would better suit personal tastes.
