It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Perfect for couples who binge horror marathons and decorate their space with a spooky flair, this portrait is not for the faint of heart. It's about making your connection unforgettable in the most chilling way.

TL;DR: This custom horror movie poster portrait transforms your favorite couple photo into a thrilling piece of art. Ideal for horror-loving couples and makes an unforgettable gift on Halloween or anniversaries.

Which spooked-out couples love this horror vibe?

This portrait is a scream for couples who decorate with a haunted charm and adore every Halloween. It's especially popular among pairs who have a shared love for classic and modern horror films. Not designed for those who prefer bright and cheerful themes.

How do we craft these spine-chilling posters?

We start with your photo upload, apply AI face-swap to fit a striking horror theme, and then our artists delve deep into details for that authentic poster look — around 1 in 12 generations doesn't make the final cut due to face alignment. Produced on museum-grade canvas for a lasting impression.

Why choose us for your dreadful canvas creation?

Unlike typical photo canvases, this creation transforms you into horror film icons, crafting a one-of-one piece that stands out. We enhance your photo with a touch of ghastly magic and retire this unique theme after 6 months to keep it exclusive.
