I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Pet's Adoption with Art

The joy of adopting a pet is a unique moment that's worth commemorating, and what better way than transforming it into a personalized piece of art? Our Gotcha Day Custom Portrait captures the essence of that special day, immortalizing the love and joy your pet brings into your life. The vibrant colors and detailed craftsmanship ensure this piece stands out on any wall.

Every detail is crafted to highlight the personality of your furry friend. Whether your cat's playful antics or your dog's soulful eyes, the portrait is tailored to reflect what's truly yours. This isn't just artwork — it's a heartfelt memory captured forever.

TL;DR: Our Gotcha Day Custom Portrait is a museum-quality canvas transformation of your pet's adoption day photo, ideal for pet lovers cherishing their furry friend's entry into their lives.

Who Needs a Gotcha Day Portrait?

Perfect for new pet parents celebrating their furry friend's adoption day. Ideal for animal lovers who want to immortalize the joy and love brought into their lives. If you're looking for a more group-oriented theme, this might not be your top pick as it's designed for single-pet portraits.

What’s Our Process to Capture the Magic?

Upload your pet's adoption day photo, preview online, and place your order. Our skilled artists use an AI face-swap technique, followed by meticulous refinement for each portrait to ensure it reflects your pet's character perfectly. About 1 in 12 drafts don't make the cut because the face doesn't capture that exact magic, but that's how we know you'll get the best.

Why Choose Our Gotcha Day Canvas Over Others?

Unlike generic pet portraits, our Gotcha Day canvas isn't just a print — it's a custom-crafted piece that celebrates the moment your pet joined your family. Each theme retires after six months to ensure your piece remains as unique as your story.

Preguntas frecuentes

What if my pet's photo isn't high quality? We'll let you know if a photo won't work and suggest tips for getting a better shot. High resolution gives the best results, ideally in natural light.
Can I choose a different background?Currently, each theme has a set background. If you'd like a custom one, shoot us a message and we'll see how to make your vision happen!
Is this available for cats and dogs?Absolutely! Our portraits can reflect the unique personality of both cats and dogs, thanks to our adaptable artistic process.
Can the canvas be hung outside? We recommend indoor display to maintain vibrant colors, as outdoor exposure can degrade quality over time.
