I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Unveil Extraordinary Moments Through Art

There's a magic in seeing your personal memories transposed into art. Imagine your cherished photo transformed into a museum-quality custom portrait, with every stroke carrying your story in vibrant hues.

Our process involves genuine artistry. It's not just about slapping a photo onto a canvas. You're choosing a narrative that's uniquely yours, vibrating with warmth and significance, ready to grace your wall with elegance and a touch of personal history.

TL;DR: Capture and immortalize your precious moments on a personalized canvas, perfect for anyone cherishing a deep connection with their memories.

Which Memories Make the Best Canvases?

This portrait is ideal for those who treasure special memories — newlyweds preserving their wedding magic, families commemorating milestones, or individuals honoring significant life moments. If spontaneity and quirk aren't your style, this might not speak to you.

Bringing Your Photo to Life — Our Artistic Process

The process begins with your uploaded photo. Our AI initially positions elements while artists meticulously refine details to align them with your narrative. Trust us, about 1 in 12 designs are set aside if they don't capture that perfect essence. We aim for picture-perfect portrayals.

What Sets This Custom Portrait Apart?

Unlike typical stock canvas prints, this portrait is singular — each design speaks directly from your life. We rotate themes frequently, ensuring your piece is as rare as the memory it enshrines.
