I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Delights in a Whimsical Hamster Portrait?

Ideal for small-pet enthusiasts who see their hamsters as part of the family. A fitting choice for those who enjoy quirky, conversation-starting decor. Maybe skip this if you're not into displaying art that's truly one-of-a-kind.

How Do We Create Watercolor Magic?

It all starts with your photo upload—our AI crafts an initial watercolor version, capturing your hamster's playful essence. Once processed, an artist refines the details, ensuring every touch of paint feels genuine. Fun fact: about 8% don't pass our vibe check, ensuring you receive artwork you’re proud to display!

What Sets This Watercolor Pet Canvas Apart?

Unlike generic pet canvases that recycle designs, our portraits are one-of-one. Your hamster's portrait will be unlike anyone else's, maintaining its unique charm by retiring themes every six months to keep them special.
