I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Put Your Face on a Wild West Wanted Poster

Ever fancied yourself a cowboy? Now’s your chance to step back in time with our Custom Wanted Poster canvas. This vintage-themed piece captures the rugged spirit of the Wild West and is tailored just for you.

Saddle up for a unique gift that’s perfect for lovers of western films, or as a novel surprise for birthdays and retirements. A hint: it’s not just about the picture, it’s about the story you tell with it.

TL;DR: Transform your photo into a personal cowboy era wanted poster on canvas. Ideal for western fans and fun-loving rebels, but probably not for someone who prefers contemporary decor.

Who Has the Grit for a Wanted Poster Look?

This portrait fits perfectly for Western genre enthusiasts, those celebrating milestone retirements, or anyone named Cowboy Bill by their friends. Honestly, it might not be the best pick for your minimalist aunt who's into modern art.

How Do We Muster Your Wanted Poster?

Your adventure starts by uploading a photo. Our AI generates a draft, followed by a skilled artist who polishes the face to perfection. About 1 in 12 drafts are scrapped to keep quality high. Finally, it’s printed on museum-quality canvas.

What Sets This Wanted Poster Apart?

Unlike your typical stock prints, this canvas is distinctly personal, featuring your likeness. We refresh themes every 6 months, so yours remains unique. No 'off-the-shelf' vibe here.

Is it possible to rush my order?Contact us for specific rush requests. We can't make promises, but we'll try our best!
What’s the canvas made of?We use high-quality, museum-grade canvas to make sure it's both durable and visually appealing.
How do I take care of the canvas?Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading, and gently dust it with a dry cloth to keep it looking pristine.
