How it's made

You upload a photo — ideally front-facing, clear lighting, 1MB or better — and our system runs it through an AI face-placement pass that maps your features onto the imperial court figure. Here's the part most competitors don't mention: we reject about 1 in 12 of those generations internally because the face doesn't lock cleanly. Eyes misaligned, skin tone drifts, something feels off. When that happens we run it again before the file ever reaches a human artist. If something's wrong when it arrives — damaged in transit, color looks off, the likeness isn't right — email us within 60 days and we'll reprint or refund.
