I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who would cherish a custom photo canvas?

This portrait is ideal for sentimental souls wanting to preserve life’s significant junctures. Think of grandparents beaming at their grandchild’s first portrait, or couples gazing at a cherished moment captured. Not for those seeking mass-produced art without personal significance.

How does your photo become art?

Each piece begins with a simple photo upload. Our AI software performs initial face-swap magic, but real art happens when skilled artists refine and finetune. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 photos don’t make it past our stringent quality checks, ensuring only the best hang on your walls.

What sets this personalized canvas apart?

Unlike generic décor, your portrait is unique. We don’t just print stock — each canvas is a celebration of your personal treasures, archived in museum-grade materials meant to endure.
