I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crafting a Unique Personal Art Piece

Ever wanted to see yourself or a loved one transformed into an art piece that truly stands out? Our custom portrait service does just that, turning your cherished photos into unique masterpieces. With each canvas, we strive to capture an essence and emotion that speaks volumes.

Unlike generic prints, our custom portraits offer a personal touch, delivering a museum-quality art piece that captures your favorite moments. Whether it's a solo portrait or a gift for someone special, we ensure each piece radiates individuality and charm.

TL;DR: Transform your photos into personalized art on canvas. Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, and special celebrations, these portraits provide a personal, unforgettable touch.

Who Should Consider a Custom Photo Portrait?

This portrait suits those who appreciate personalized art — be it for an anniversary gift or a unique home office decoration. Ideal for sentimental souls who value custom keepsakes. If you prefer abstract or impersonal art, this isn't for you.

How Do We Turn Your Photos into Art?

We start by analyzing the photo to ensure quality, then use AI to morph it into our selected theme. Our artists refine every detail for authenticity and charm. Our head of production, Maya, discards about 1 in 12 pieces during quality checks, ensuring only the best canvases make the cut.

Why Choose Our Custom Portraits Over Generic Prints?

Unlike standard photo prints, these portraits are one-off creations using your uploaded image. We guarantee exclusivity — each design is retired after six months to maintain rarity, ensuring that your portrait is a truly unique artwork.
