It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Story, Iconically Pixelated

In an age of pixels and epic quests, embark on a journey with our PixelArt canvas. Styled with precise detail and vibrant hues, it captures the spirit of old-school video game heroes poised within their fantastical realm. Imagine your hero, valiant with a mighty sword and cloaked in courage, set against the backdrop of a sprawling pixel castle and towering mountains.

This style pays homage to classic games where every pixel counted, creating a distinct retro-modern fusion. Perfect for the adventurous soul who treasures gaming nostalgia and heroic tales, this canvas celebrates individuality in a realm where fantasy meets reality, pixel by pixel.

TL;DR: Embrace retro gaming charm with our PixelArt single-man portrait, perfect for fans of fantasy, epic tales, and pixel nostalgia. An excellent gift for birthdays or an ode to gaming culture.

Who unleashes their inner pixel hero with this?

Perfect for the gamer who fondly remembers the days when video games were a mosaic of small squares and imagination. It's also an exemplary gift for anyone who appreciates the nostalgic aesthetics of retro games. If you're not a fan of pixel graphics or seeking ultra-realistic portraits, this might not be your match.

What’s the journey from photo to pixel prowess?

We start by transforming your photo into a pixelated rendition using AI face-swap technology. Our artists then refine the image, ensuring each pixel captures the essence of your heroic journey. Roughly 1 in every 10 generations is discarded to guarantee that only the best make it to the final canvas. Each piece is completed with a museum-quality finish, ready for epic display.

Why choose PixelArt for your legend?

Unlike other generic prints, each PixelArt portrait is an exclusive creation. Our themes retire after six months, making your canvas both unique and collectible. The pixel artistry offers a nostalgic touch for those connected to gaming culture, making it a personalized piece of art that resonates deeply with nostalgia lovers.
