It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: This custom memorial portrait is for anyone seeking to honor a woman's memory with soft lavender tones, blooming flowers, and a family tree—a timeless tribute.

Who Will Find Solace in This Heartfelt Tribute?

This portrait suits families looking to keep the spirit of a beloved woman alive, daughters honoring their mothers, or anyone seeking a peaceful memorial tribute. It might not be the best fit for those looking for more modern or abstract memorials.

How Each Memorial Canvas Becomes a Personal Tribute

Our process begins with a cherished photo, transformed using AI to ensure the likeness captures her essence. An artist then refines the image before it's printed on museum-quality canvas. About 1 in 12 are refined twice to perfect the details.

Why Choose This Memorial Portrait Over the Rest?

Unlike generic prints, this one-off piece integrates personal elements like a family tree and floral design that are unique to your order, making each canvas a true homage.
