You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Commemorate Their Legacy with Love

Your loved ones' memories deserve more than just a frame or a spot on a shelf. Our Memorial Family Portrait transforms your cherished photographs into a timeless canvas work of art, featuring delicate blooms and a symbolic tree that signifies life and growth beyond physical existence. The calming palette lends a sense of peace and continuity, making this a beautiful tribute to their journey.

Capture your family's essence with this heartfelt memorial piece ideal for remembrance and healing. It's a canvas that doesn't just hold an image but envelops a story of familial bonds and cherished memories, woven into the very fabric of the canvas itself. Perfect for hanging in a living room or hallway, ensuring they always stay close.

TL;DR: A personalized canvas that turns family photos into a memorial piece, perfect for honoring loved ones who've passed. Ideal for family remembrance or condolence gifts, blending warmth, elegance, and personal connection.

Who Finds Meaning in a Memorial Portrait?

This portrait is a thoughtful choice for families mourning the loss of a loved one, providing a serene and respectful keepsake. It's perfect for grandparents who wish to keep the memory of family unity alive, or for friends seeking a compassionate condolence gift. If you're looking for a vibrant, contemporary art piece, however, this somber and classic option may not be suitable.

How is Your Memorial Portrait Crafted?

The process begins with your submitted photo, carefully processed through AI to ensure features are accurately captured. Our artists then refine the image, adding elegant floral details and a symbolic tree for depth. About 1 in 12 portraits are reworked to perfect the facial alignment before being printed on museum-quality canvas, ensuring durability and impact.

What Sets This Memorial Portrait Apart?

Unlike general photo canvases, this memorial portrait offers a deeply personal touch. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, using your family photo as the core element. Themes retire quickly, preserving uniqueness. It's not just decor but a heartfelt testament to unity and memory.
