I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Cherished Photos into Serene Line Art

Line drawing brings out the tranquil connection between mother and child. Each gentle stroke captures a moment that's uniquely yours, offering a minimalist piece that invites peace into any room.

Unlike traditional canvases, these drawings eliminate complexity, focusing purely on the unconditional love that defines family ties. Imagine this serenity gracing your home or given as a heartfelt gift.

TL;DR: Ideal for moms and grandmothers, this custom line drawing portrait captures the intimate bond between mother and child on elegant canvas, perfect for serene gifts and meaningful décor.

Which family moments become unforgettable in line art?

Our line drawing mother-child portraits resonate with those appreciating the quiet strength of motherhood. Perfect for new parents decorating a nursery or thoughtful grandchildren gifting Grandma a reminder of family roots. Not suited for those chasing color pops or modern art complexity.

How does a photo turn into pristine line art?

The process begins with your cherished photo—gently transferred into line form by our AI, refined by artists, and printed on top-grade museum canvas. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding 1 in 10 AI outputs to maintain emotional fidelity.

Why does this line drawing stand out?

This isn’t just another generic print. Each line drawing is a true one-of-a-kind, retiring themes every few months to maintain exclusivity. When someone visits your home, they see your unique moment captured, unlike mass-produced prints.
