It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is This Portrait Perfect for Her Milestone?

It resonates especially with those who appreciate art that captures elegance in change. Not recommended if she's more into rural or rustic themes; check out the Cowboy or Royal themes for her style.

How Do We Create Each Reflective Piece?

From photo upload to final canvas, every step is crafted with care. We harness advanced AI to seamlessly swap faces onto a serene city scene, followed by our artisans refining each detail to perfection. Not every AI attempt makes the cut; about 1 in 12 tries are discarded to ensure quality. Guided by Maya Chen, our Head of Production, excellence is non-negotiable.

What Sets Our Transition Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic portrait options, our life transition canvas offers a unique cityscape backdrop tailored for a woman's journey. We customize every piece to resonate with her story and retire each theme within 6 months to retain its unique value. It's personal, not just personalizable.
