It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immortalize Your Firefighter's Valor in Art

There's an undeniable heroism in a firefighter's life — an icon of courage and bravery. Our Custom Firefighter Hero Portrait captures this essence with vivid detail, featuring elements like the American flag, a fire truck, and roaring flames. It's more than art; it's a tribute to those who fearlessly protect us.

Imagine your loved one transformed into a larger-than-life hero on museum-quality canvas. It's a heartfelt gift for those who risk everything, giving them a space on the wall as monumental as their efforts in the field.

TL;DR: Celebrate your firefighter's bravery with a custom portrait, featuring firehouse elements like a truck and flames, on museum-quality canvas. Ideal for gifting to dedicated first responders.

Is this Firefighter Portrait the right gift?

Perfect for firefighters themselves, their proud family members, and fire departments wanting to honor acts of bravery. Not for those who prefer minimalistic art without thematic elements.

How do we craft your firefighter's heroic image?

We begin with your uploaded photo, use AI to recognize features, and then seamlessly blend them into a firefighter scene. Our artists refine every detail to ensure authenticity. Interestingly, we discard about 1 in 12 images for lack of 'hero fit'.

What sets this Firefighter Portrait apart?

Unlike generic prints, each portrait is one-of-one. Your firefighter's unique expression is integrated with custom scene elements that tell a personal story. We retire scenes after 6 months, keeping each batch exclusive.
