It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Her Grace in a Tea Time Canvas

There's something timeless about the gentle ritual of tea. Our Conservatory Tea Portrait captures this serenity, turning her everyday tea moments into luminous art.

This isn't just a picture—it's a window into peaceful solitude or shared moments, painted with sunlight filtering through lush botanicals in a conservatory. It's a gift for those who find beauty in the subtle details of daily life.

TL;DR: The Conservatory Tea Portrait transforms her photo into a serene tea-time painting, ideal for mothers, grandmothers, and any lover of tranquil moments.

Which tea lovers will cherish this portrait?

This portrait is perfect for the woman who adores her afternoon tea—moms, grandmothers, or anyone luxuriating in a quiet moment. It's not for those who prefer high-energy action over subtle tranquility.

How can her tea moment be immortalized?

Upload your chosen photo, and we'll generate a no-cost preview first. Review your personalized tea portrait before deciding on size and canvas format, ensuring your gift is just right.

Why choose this tea-themed portrait?

Unlike other custom portraits, our Tea Time scene bathes her likeness in warm sunshine, capturing intimate, serene details. It's this light-filled intricacy that sets our canvas apart.

Preguntas frecuentes

What if the photo quality is low?We recommend high-resolution images for the best preview. If quality is problematic, you'll see it in the preview, allowing adjustments before purchase.
Can I ask for a change after ordering?Yes. An artist checks your portrait before anything is printed and you approve it first. If something needs adjusting, ask for a revision on your order page and an artist makes it before printing.
Can this portrait be a digital download?Yes. You can choose the digital file, available right after checkout, or a gallery-wrapped canvas ready to hang.
Is this portrait suitable for family photos? While it highlights singular, serene moments well, multiple subjects tend to dilute the scene’s intimate feel.
