I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Timeless Garden Setting

Add an elegant, vintage touch to your bridesmaid gifts with our Classic Garden Portrait. Think soft florals, pastel hues, and a setting reminiscent of an impressionist painting.

Perfectly suited for those who appreciate timeless beauty, this portrait captures your bridesmaids' essence amidst a serene garden. It’s a lovely way to say ‘thank you’ with art that feels like a gentle stroll through a blooming paradise.

TL;DR: Capture the essence of your bridesmaids in a bespoke Classic Garden Portrait, ideal for art-loving bridal parties.

Who will swoon over a garden-themed portrait?

This garden-themed portrait is perfect for bridesmaids who adore art and vintage aesthetics. It's a fantastic fit for those who appreciate the serenity of nature and the delicate beauty of floral motifs. However, if your bridesmaids are more into modern minimalism, this might not be their cup of tea.

What does creating a garden portrait entail?

Your photo undergoes an initial transformation using our cutting-edge AI, which expertly places the faces within the intimate garden scene. Our head of production, Maya, then steps in to refine the details, ensuring an artist-approved piece. Interestingly, we reject about 1 in 12 attempts to maintain our standard.

How does this differ from your average bridesmaid gift?

Our Classic Garden Portrait isn’t just another bridesmaid gift. Unlike generic canvases, this is tailored to your bridal party, providing a unique keepsake. The theme is only available for a limited time, adding an exclusive touch.
