I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

There's something uniquely magical about an Australian Christmas — the sun-soaked verandah, endless blue skies, and the cheeky charm of Santa hats against the golden outback. Our Aussie Summer Christmas Custom Portrait captures this whimsical warmth in a way no other theme can.

Ideal for anyone who celebrates the holiday season with flip-flops and BBQs rather than snow and sweaters, this portrait is a tribute to the unmatched joy of Christmas down under. The art taps into vibrant colors, sandy textures, and festive cheer, making it a cherished keepsake.

TL;DR: Our Aussie Summer Christmas Custom Portrait captures the festive outback spirit, perfect for those who cherish Christmas under sunny skies — ideal for making new memories with loved ones.

Is this Aussie Outback portrait meant for me?

This portrait is perfect for Australians or expats missing home during the holiday season. Families who celebrate Christmas with surfboards instead of sleds will find it a delightful fit. If you're after a snowy, traditional Christmas vibe, this might not hit the mark.

How do I get a personal Outback Christmas scene?

Kick off your portrait by uploading a favorite photo that resonates with you. You'll receive a free preview to ensure everything aligns with your vision before placing an order. No payment details are needed until you're ready to bring your art to life.

What makes our Aussie Outback portrait stand apart?

Unlike the typical Christmas portrait, our Outback scene stands out with its warm, sunlit palette and cheerful, relaxed vibe. It's a heady blend of fun and nostalgia, perfect for any summer-loving family.
