I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Join the Tea Party on Canvas

Picture the quiet clink of porcelain teacups, the steam curling from the pot, and the intimate chatter that fills the room—a scene we bring to life in our 'Tea for Two' custom portrait. Designed to transform your photo into an elegant artwork, this piece is perfect for those who cherish warm connections.

Unlike the hustle and bustle of daily life, this portrait invites you to pause and savor a timeless moment. The muted tones and delicate brushwork evoke the coziness of an afternoon tea, making it a delightful choice for marking those special occasions with a touch of nostalgia.

TL;DR: The Tea for Two Custom Portrait is for those capturing intimate, shared moments, ideal for mothers and daughters, best friends, and anyone who loves a good chat over tea.

Who does a Tea Time portrait suit best?

This portrait is ideal for mothers and daughters who cherish their time together, best friends who have shared countless cups of tea, and anyone who finds peace in the simple joy of a tea-time chat. It's not a good fit for those seeking bold or modern styles; the charm here is inherently classic and gentle.

How do we capture tea-time tranquility?

Start by uploading your photo to our site—there's no rush, and you won't need to pull out your wallet until you're ready. We'll generate a free personalized preview for you to review. Once you're happy, select your format and make an order that perfectly captures your tea-time tale.

What sets this Tea Time portrait apart?

While generic portraits capture moments, our 'Tea for Two' focuses on the tender connection shared over an afternoon tea table. The specific palette, reminiscent of vintage tea sets, elevates the mood, making it distinctively heartfelt and timeless.
