I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Let Your Patriotism Shine Through Art

Picture your loved one framed by the vibrant reds, whites, and blues of the American flag, their image echoing a timeless sense of patriotism. The Stars & Stripes custom portrait is the perfect canvas for capturing that essence, remaining a cherished keepsake long after the smiles and hugs.

This portrait's rich, bold colors and iconic imagery add a touch of Americana to any home. Ideal for those with a deep love for their country, it transforms an ordinary photo into an extraordinary artwork.

TL;DR: The Stars & Stripes Custom Portrait is a one-of-a-kind patriotic canvas gift, perfect for celebrating milestones like retirements and Independence Day. Ideal for any patriot in your life.

Who would love a Stars & Stripes portrait?

This portrait brightens the day of anyone with a patriotic spirit, making it great for veterans celebrating a retirement or families commemorating Independence Day. However, it might not be the best pick for someone who's not fond of outward displays of patriotism.

How do we create your Stars & Stripes masterpiece?

Our process begins with your uploaded photo being seamlessly integrated into our Stars & Stripes design. An AI model initiates the transition, which is then meticulously refined by our artists. We do reject around 1 in 12 creations — because if it doesn't perfectly honor your subject's likeness, it doesn't make the cut.

What sets our Stars & Stripes portrait apart?

Other canvas options often miss the mark on personalization. Ours, however, is uniquely yours—woven with the colors of freedom and personalized down to every pixel. Plus, we retire each theme after just a few months, maintaining its exclusivity.
