It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Commemorate Their Rescue Homecoming in Style

Your rescue dog holds an important paw in your heart and home. Capture their unique journey with our Rescue Dog Forever Home Portrait — a piece that speaks to the heart of pet adoption and the joy of offering a forever home.

This canvas stores memories using AI regeneration to craft an image that's both personal and visually appealing. The use of soft, welcoming tones reflects the warmth and love found in their new sanctuary with you.

TL;DR: This Rescue Dog Forever Home Portrait is a heartfelt tribute for adopters celebrating their rescue dog's new beginning. Ideal as a gift to yourself or fellow dog rescuers.

Who will cherish a rescue-themed portrait?

Ideal for animal lovers who have embraced the joy of adoption and wish to commemorate their rescue dog's journey home. It's a perfect gift for couples who made the decision to save a life together, or individuals marking a pet adoption anniversary. Not suited for those who prefer simply capturing pet likeness without a thematic narrative.

How does this pet adoption portrait come to life?

Each portrait begins with your supplied photo, which our AI meticulously regenerates to blend with the adoption theme, followed by an artist's touch to ensure warmth. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding 1 in 12 creations that don't meet our high standards for face-matching charisma.

Why choose our rescue canvas over the rest?

Unlike impersonal stock prints, each canvas is a bespoke work of art — your dog's unique expression is the masterpiece. Our rescue themes have a brief stint in production, making them exclusive collectibles for passionate adopters.
