I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture the Magic of New Beginnings

There's nothing quite like the bond between a mother and her newborn. Our Mother and Newborn Custom Portrait captures this once-in-a-lifetime moment, using soft, pastel hues to evoke warmth and love in every glance. Ideal for commemorating a first Mother’s Day or welcoming a new life into the world.

The magic lies in the gentle embrace crafted with precision, bringing a touch of timeless elegance to any nursery or family space. Framed on premium canvas, this keepsake stands apart with its bespoke charm, making it more than just artwork—it's a heartfelt memory.

TL;DR: A heartfelt custom portrait capturing the first bond between mother and newborn, ideal as a cherished keepsake for special occasions like Mother's Day or a first birthday.

Perfect for New Moms or Memory Makers?

New mothers and families looking to capture the essence of early motherhood will find this portrait especially touching. It's also great for grandparents who want to immortalize their grandchild's early days. Perhaps not the best for those seeking abstract or avant-garde art pieces, as the focus is on personal emotion and traditional form.

How Do We Capture Your Precious Moments?

Our creation process begins with your chosen photo, which our AI uses to map features with incredible accuracy. This draft is then refined by an artist to ensure authenticity and emotional nuances. According to our head of production, Maya Chen, we discard about 1 in 12 initial AI drafts to achieve the perfect blend of accuracy and artistry.

What Makes Our Mother-Newborn Portraits Stand Out?

Unlike generic prints, your Mother and Newborn Portrait is a one-of-one masterpiece. While cookie-cutter options fall flat in capturing individuality, each of our portraits is custom-generated and hand-finished to resonate with your unique experience of motherhood.
