I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

The Timeless Bond on Canvas

There's a magic in the unspoken bond between rider and horse, capturing a timeless connection like no other. Our Horse Memorial Portrait brings that sacred relationship to life on a canvas, using a warm and nostalgic palette reminiscent of endless open fields. Ideal for those whose hearts still ride in tandem with their cherished companion.

This custom portrait transforms your favorite memories into a visual keepsake that honors the spirit and love shared. Whether envisioned on a stable wall or in a cozy living room, it’s a piece that says 'forever' without the need for words.

TL;DR: The perfect keepsake for riders mourning a beloved horse, our Horse Memorial Portrait eternalizes your bond. Capture the love on canvas for a heartfelt tribute.

Is this the tribute your horse deserves?

This portrait is perfect for horse lovers commemorating a special relationship, particularly those who have recently lost a cherished companion. It also resonates with equestrians wanting to celebrate the rich history shared with their horse. However, if you're looking for a light-hearted gift, this deep, emotional tribute might not be the best fit.

How do we craft your horse memory?

Start by uploading your favorite photo of you and your horse — perhaps from a day at the stables or a trail ride. Generate a free personalized preview to see how your special moment translates into art. Only after you're satisfied do you proceed to choose the format and place your order.

What makes this portrait a lasting tribute?

Unlike generic pet portraits, this Horse Memorial focuses on the profound connection shared between horse and rider, capturing not just a likeness but a love story. The theme invites you into a realm where every glance and trot is immortalized, offering solace to those mourning or celebrating their equine partner.
