It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into a Chilling Haunted Mansion Scene

An eerie whisper, a shadowy corner, the air thick with stories untold. This isn't just any portrait — it's your own haunted mansion masterpiece. Wrapped in the timeless mystery of Gothic allure, it draws out the dramatic, the mysterious, and sometimes the mischievous spirit of its subjects.

Brothers, best friends, lovers — they all have a tale that belongs within these ghostly walls. With smoky grays, deep blues, and the flicker of candlelight, this portrait brings a Gothic fantasy to life, right in your living space.

TL;DR: A Haunted Mansion portrait capturing the Gothic bond of two men — perfect for those who dare to embrace the eerie and enchanting.

What Kind of Duos Best Embrace a Haunted Mansion Setting?

Our Haunted Mansion custom portrait suits brothers who bond over eerie tales, partners who find beauty in the macabre, or best friends with a love for a good ghost story. If your décor leans towards bright and cheerful, this might not be your vibe.

How Do We Capture the Gothic Enchantment?

We begin with your photo and layer it into an AI-assisted face-swap. Then, our artists refine every detail, from spectral glows to mansion shadows, before printing it on a museum-quality canvas. Our head of production, Maya, ensures only 1 in 12 generations make the cut to capture the perfect haunting aura.

What Makes This Haunted Mansion Portrait Stand Out?

Unlike generic canvases, our Haunted Mansion portrait is tailored to your image and story. Each theme is retired after six months, maintaining its rarity. This isn't just a decoration but your personal piece of Gothic storytelling.
