It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Chronicle Their Journey in Vibrant Color

There's a special kind of joy when you bring a new pet into your life. It deserves more than just a memory — it deserves art. While most gifts end up on a shelf, the Gotcha Day Celebration Canvas transforms your beloved pet's journey into a stunning piece destined for center stage on your wall.

Unlike typical pet portraits, this canvas captures the nuanced expressions and unique spirit of your furry companion. We've seen kittens, puppies, and even adventurous parrots immortalized, each with a splash of character representative of their new home.

TL;DR: Capture the joy of your pet's adoption with a custom celebration canvas. Perfect for framing a new puppy or rescue dog story with charm.

Who Celebrates Gotcha Day with Style?

If you've just welcomed a kitten, puppy, or even a rescue dog into the family, this portrait becomes a testament to that bond. It particularly charms those who see their pets as family — but if you're someone seeking generic decor, this isn't for you.

How Do We Create Your Pet's Keepsake?

Your beloved photo starts its journey in our AI-driven design studio, perfectly aligning your pet's features before going under the brush of our artists. You'd be surprised — we set aside almost 1 in 15 drafts because they don't quite capture the spirit. But when they do, it's magic on canvas.

Why Choose Our Gotcha Day Portraits?

Unlike generic pet portraits, our creation process ensures each canvas is a true one-of-a-kind. With revisions until perfection and a design approach that's vibrant and full of life, your pet’s quirks come alive on museum-grade material.
