I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Blossom Into Motherhood with Canvas Art

Step into the serene world of new motherhood with our Soft Floral Canvas. Perfectly designed for the tender moments shared between mother and child, this canvas infuses the nursery with warmth and elegance. Ideal for maternity photos, it sets a gentle, welcoming tone.

The palette is soft and light, reminiscent of a spring garden. Each canvas captures those intimate beginnings, transforming them into bespoke art pieces that hold sentimental value — a true keepsake for new moms and their little ones.

TL;DR: For new moms wanting a heartwarming touch in their nursery, this Soft Floral Canvas keeps precious moments alive, merging motherhood magic with art.

Who Will Cherish This New Mom Canvas?

This canvas is perfect for first-time moms, capturing the delicate beauty of their new role. Those looking to add a soft, calm aesthetic to a nursery will find this an ideal choice. Maybe not the best for those seeking bold or vibrant themes; this canvas thrives in gentleness.

Crafting the Perfect Nursery Canvas

Our process begins with your photo upload, followed by AI-enhanced face embedding. Our artists then step in, adding depth and detail to ensure emotional authenticity on the museum-quality canvas. To maintain high standards, our head of production, Maya, oversees every step, rejecting about 1 in 12 iterations to meet our quality promise.

Why Choose Our Soft Floral Theme?

Unlike other mass-produced canvases, each piece in our Soft Floral series is a one-of-a-kind creation. Our designs evolve with time, retiring regularly to keep them unique. The focus on delicate floral art sets it apart, making it an exclusive keepsake that won't be seen everywhere.
